Term 4 2009

LEVEL 2 LATE STAY:  Our end of year 'Late Stay' will be on Thursday 19th November and we will be asking for a few parents to help with the barbeque.  The highlight of the Late Stay will be a visit by local author Leigh Hobbs.  The students will have the oportunity to meet him and have their personal copies of his books signed.

Term 2 2009

Welcome back to school after the Term 1 Holidays.  We hope it was pleasant and relaxing.  Our theme for term 2 is Toys.  Please follow this link to the Grades 1 & 2 Term 2 Parent letter outlining the program for term 2.

Early in Term 2, the Level 2s participated in Kids Car Ed, a fun and interactive incursion to teach us about road safety. We got to drive electric cars and had to watch out for stop signs, pedestrian crossings, trees and fences. We realised how many things our parents have to think about when they are driving cars and how important it is for us not to distract them!

Term 1 2009 - Our new sandpit!

Grade Ones got to make their handprints in the concrete of our new sandpit. We will be able to come back and see our handprints when we are all grown up!
